This Sam. Isn’t his hair amazing?! It’s always funny to me what the end product DOESN’T show. The truth was that the photo session was the morning after he got shots AND he was starving. But Sam was a trooper and he smiled even though he was feel crummy. The camera caught his smiles and in the end product, you would never know he was feeling so bad. Way to go, Sammy! You can be my model any day!

Photographing little ones is often unpredicatable. Poor Josiah fell asleep in the car and woke up minutes before his photo session. He was then inundated with a barrage of tickling and me shouting “Hi Josiah!” over and over. He spent his time looking away and avoiding the crazy lady who’s meowing, mooing and barking (no joke). After a little while, I was resigned to the fact that we would get nothing but “moody” pictures. You know, the kind in magazines where the kids are workin’ the serious look. Then whaddaya know. He looked. He smiled. Yay! Way to prove me wrong, Josiah!
